The Canadian Children’s Opera Company (CCOC) is seeking an experienced Director of Advancement to help build a stronger, more sustainable future for Canada’s only permanent children’s opera company.
This is an opportunity for a senior advancement professional who combines strategic thinking, relationship-building, and hands-on execution.
The Director of Advancement will play a pivotal role in:
- Growing individual and major donor giving
- Expanding corporate partnerships
- Strengthening the fundraising pipeline
- Providing strategic oversight of institutional giving
- Building advancement systems, processes, and reporting
- Advancing the organization toward is its upcoming 60th anniversary and long-term endowment
This is a strategy-to-execution role, combining fundraising strategy with hands-on donor outreach, cultivation, solicitation, corporate prospecting, and stewardship.
