The CCOC is seeking a Development Manager who will oversee, implement, and evaluate a multi-year fund development strategy focused on securing resources and building sustainability for the organization.

We’re looking for someone with organizational skills to plan and coordinate stewardship and cultivation activities, with a collaborative approach to developing strategies with stakeholders and staff, with diligence in writing grant applications that communicate our alignment with fundraising priorities, and with the communication skills to represent the CCOC to prospects and partners.

Reporting to the Executive Director, this newly created position will be a core member of the CCOC’s management team, providing an excellent opportunity to grow with the organization. Read the full role description here.
