Internationally-renowned author and Tolkien and Arthurian expert David Day leads a discussion on the adaptation of these two great literary works and the remarkable similarities that they share.  The event will also feature sneek-peak musical performances from VIVA! Youth Singers of Toronto’s world premiere Arthurian opera The Sword in the Schoolyard, and the Canadian Children’s Opera Company’s much-anticipated remount of The Hobbit.
